REQUIREMENT
The requirement of the customer was an online /offline conference room. We provided a 65" display, PTZ Camera and chairman delegate system including a mixer, amplifier and a digital signal processor.
CHALLENGES
The customer will be having online and offline meetings in the same room using the same microphones & speakers. Connecting the camera and sound system whenever needed and disconnecting the same where there is an internal presentation. This was the main challenge. It is difficult for the customer to use a separate audio system for a conference room. For conferencing, noise reduction and echo cancellation is also important.
SOLUTION
We have provided DSP for the sound reimbursement procedure for extending the connection from camera to laptop using the USB active extension cable. In order to avoid two USB inputs to the laptop we used a USB Hub there.
CONCLUSION
Now the customer can use the platform for their offline meeting. Also, they can use the same system for online video conferencing purpose
